Pellets (pellets, wood fuel granules) are of cylindrical form pressed wood waste production. Abroad the pellets are widely used as fuel for automatic boilers, both domestic and industrial level, due to the fact that they have a significant environmental component, have a calorific value comparable to coal, and relatively cheap. The dimensions of the pellets are typically 6-8 mm in diameter and 5-70 mm long, depending on the raw materials used and quality of production of pellets. Raw material for the production of pellets in our country serve as conifers, however, the best pellets are derived from raw materials of deciduous breeds. Humidity of pellets is about 7-10%, which allows their successful use in the pyrolysis boilers. The density of pellets is 1.5, so the pellets sink in water. Calorific value of 1 kg pellets = 5 kWh ,which is about 1.5 times more than wood. The energy content in one kilogram of pellets is equal to the energy contained in half a liter of liquid fuel. And this pounds do not come into Your home, polluting and leaving behind an unpleasant smell, and will not explode from a spark
